There are not enough good words to describe how good Kyle Partin and the group at OVM was to work with. It was FAR more aggravation to buy a car than the mortgage process was with OVM. They absolutely have this down to a science and in the future if we ever buy another home, we will use them. I highly, HIGHLY recommend them!!

He guided us through every turn, made recommendations regarding current finances to strengthen our position, checked all paperwork for correctness before sending loan to underwriting. Kyle walked us through a seamless 1st time home buying experience in the insane 2021 market. He picks up the phone at all hours and on weekends if you need him, and always has the answers. He is knowledgeable and extremely professional, timely, and made sure our loan made sense for us. As a bartender, these processes can be difficult, and from the very beginning he laid out exactly how we could jump the necessary hurdles to make it through underwriting with confidence. We landed on a low rate, saved 2-3k on closing costs, and the loan closed on schedule. We are so grateful to have worked with Kyle at OVM! Thank you!

We moved here from Texas and went through another mortgage company that didn’t work with us at all, but luckily someone recommended OVM and our loan officer was Mr. Partin. When I say he did an amazing job throughout the entire process I mean it, he worked with us and made sure we understood everything and that it all went smoothly.
