Kyle helped me buy my first home. He walked me through the whole process of trying to get approved making it alot easier then I expected. Kyle, was incredibly helpful during the purchase of my first home. I had no knowledge of the process, the financial breakdowns or how the types of loans worked and he showed me the uttermost patience. It’s very rare to find someone so willing to help and to explain to you your most beneficial options line by line. Kyle is a phenomenal lender. I’ve been working with him for over a year and not one single client has ever had any complaints. He is passionate about his work and it shows in every transaction. He will go above and beyond to be sure the clients are fully educated on the process they’re going through, and he even takes the time to research and fix any issues that may arise. I had one client tell me that they were told to “shop around” for lenders but that Kyle was the first one they spoke to and because of how hard he worked to find info about an issue with their credit, they didn’t even want to speak to anyone else. He and his team make sure everyone is always in the loop with the progress of the loan/closing and make sure they’re easily reachable by phone for any questions. I’m looking forward to doing many more deals with Kyle and this company!

Kyle is a great guy! When others told me that I was years away from buying a house and wouldn't give me the time of day Kyle made buying my first home for me and my wife a great experience. He was happy to answer any questions we had and there were a lot considering we knew nothing about buying a house. Since buying my home Kyle has checked in from time to time as well as keeping me up to date with links of my current home value. I would recommend him to everyone and anyone. In a time where we didn't know what to do he made our dream a reality.
